Thought – Festivals are there to teach us that life is a celebration. Each festival teaches us to bring positivity, joy and happiness in our thoughts.
Speech – Onam festival unites everyone from all communities in Kerala irrespective of their religion and caste. It is one amongst the most popular festivals in India and celebrated with great pomp. The activities during this festival season are popular all over the country such as Onam Vallamkali (boat races) and Onam Sadhya, i.e., food. This harvest festival usually falls between the end of August and beginning of September during the Malayalam month Chingam.
