Theme: Invention of electricity

Thought: The real potential of electricity lies not in providing social amenities but in stimulating long-term economic development

Speech: Electricity is the mysterious force and power, without which we cannot think of modern life. It is indispensable for modern man. Of all the inventions made by science, the invention of electricity has been most wonderful and useful. It has ushered in a long revolution in our lives. Its invention has removed darkness, lethargy and unemployment from our life to a great extent. It has really transferred the whole world into a compact and illuminated heaven.

News: India will be negotiating Free Trade Agreements with 4 economies in the coming year. India aims to finalize the FTA with the UK by March while negotiations are underway with 3 more economies. These include the European Union (EU), Canada, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

India and the Gulf Cooperation Council will restart negotiations for the Free Trade Agreement.
