5th December. Assembly. Class I and VIII
Theme: Happiness is being surrounded by greenery
Thought: “In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they’re still beautiful.”
Speech: GREEN is the colour of PROGRESS, and it is obvious that Progress makes our life happier. The verdant greenery surrounding us gives us a feeling of abundance and security in our lives. The planet Earth will look verdant and make us feel happy and blessed for having been born on this earth. Greenery in our living environment benefits more than just our health and well-being. It also facilitates water management and promotes biodiversity in built-up areas, and can help reduce the effects of noise pollution. Greenery also helps to raise the property value of homes and offices.
