Greetings from LPS!

 

As we start the new session 2024-25, we request you to adhere to the following schedule for payment of the Annual and Tuition fee for your ward to avoid late fines.

 

Late fine would be charged at the rate of Rs. 10/day from the next day of the deadline till the date of fee payment.

For the convenience of the parents, we have made paying the fees easier by giving many online payment options, such as:

 

  • You can pay using NEFT/RTGS/IMPS only on the following account details:

  • You can also pay using UPI through QR code. Please contact the school office for the same. Do not pay without verifying the authenticity of the QR code. Payment to any other QR code shall not be accepted in any case.

 

  • You can pay using Debit/Credit card via PoS machine available at the school office during office hours. The school reserves the right to levy a convenience fee on usage of credit/debit cards.

 

  • You can pay using Cash/Cheque by submitting the same at the school office during office hours. Please ensure availability of loose change, else the excess amount shall be adjusted accordingly.

 

Note:

  1. In case the cheque has been dishonored, for any reason, the school shall levy a fine of Rs. 500 per cheque.
  2. Please get the fee book updated by the accounts office regularly to avoid any inconvenience.
  3. Payment through any non-authorised means or methods shall not be accepted, and shall not be realized in the fee head of the student.
  4. Admit cards for exams shall only be issued post clearance of all dues till that date, thus parents are requested to keep the fee dues cleared.
  5. Please entertain information about accounts or finances only from Mr. Abhishek Ranjan.
  6. Responsibility of verifying the authenticity of the payment modes rests with the Parent, kindly stay alert and safe.
